Available Light

Thanks for dropping by. I’m a university teacher, researcher, and family man during the best part of the week. In the remaining time, I try to be a photographer. Although I’m interested in pretty much all types of photography, I tend to focus on portraiture, landscape, and a bit of street. I also have a strong preference for available light photography, as you may have guessed.

In case you’re curious about my gear: I currently use Fujifilm X100V, X-Pro3, X-T5, and Sony α7 Mark III cameras, which nicely complement each other. I use the Fuji and Sony bodies with a variety of lenses, especially fast primes. Truth be told, however: Most of my photos could have been taken with any camera. Gear matters less than ever.
